CIA Admits they had a Heart Attack Gun in 1975

Did you know the CIA unveiled that they had a heart attack gun in 1975 that could kill someone with zero ability to trace back to the weapon?

For all intents and purposes, no one would know and it would seem like they had died of a heart attack.
