INGREDIENTS :

680 grams canned corned beef ( 23.98 oz )
1.36 kg sliced cabbage ( 47.97 oz )
560 grams sliced carrots ( 19.75 oz )
140 grams chopped onion ( 4.93 oz )
3 + 3 minced garlic cloves
1 kg potatoes ( 35.27 oz )
1/4 + 1/4 teaspoon salt ( 0.57 + 0.57 grams )
1/4 + 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper ( 0.58 + 0.58 grams )
1 kg tomato passata ( 35.27 oz )
2 + 2 tablespoons olive oil ( 26.6 + 26.6 grams )
1 litre vegetable broth ( 33.81 fl oz )
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin ( 0.5 grams )
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano ( 0.45 grams )
4 litres water ( 135.25 fl oz )

INSTRUCTIONS :

.in a large pot on medium heat add 2 tablespoons olive oil
.once heated add 3 minced garlic clove & cook for 1 minute
.add 140 grams chopped onion & cook for 2 minutes
.add 560 grams sliced carrots & cook for 1 to 2 minutes
.add 1 kg potatoes, 1.36 kg sliced cabbage
.add 1 litre vegetable broth, 4 litres water
.add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
.mix well, cover with lid & cook for 45 minutes
.in a large pan on low to medium heat add 2 tablespoons olive oil
.once heated add 3 minced garlic cloves & cook for 1 to 2 minute
.add 680 grams canned corned beef & break up
.add 1 kg tomato passata & mix well
.add 1/4 teaspoon salt, add 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
.add 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin, 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
.mix well, reduce to low heat & cook for 20 to 25 minutes
.once veg is cooked drain all liquid & serve
