This video explains how you can safely prepare a liquid taper for mirtazapine, so that you can taper in smaller increments than you could safely do when splitting pills.

In this example I prepare a 0.75mg/1ml suspension.

List of equipment you'll need:
- Small container
- Oral syringe (I used 1ml)
- Oral suspension fluid (I used maple syrup, but you could use Ora-Plus)
- Mirtazapine tablets
- Mortar and pestle
