Description: Welcome to your beginner's yoga journey! In this quick 2-minute video, we'll guide you through some simple yoga poses to help you relax and improve your flexibility.

Poses:

Mountain Pose: Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, arms at your sides, and palms facing forward. Take a deep breath in and lift your arms overhead, reaching towards the sky. Exhale and release your arms back down to your sides.
Forward Fold: From Mountain Pose, exhale and bend forward at the hips, bringing your hands towards the ground. Keep your knees slightly bent if needed, and relax your neck and shoulders.
Downward Dog: Come onto your hands and knees, with your wrists under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. Press your hands into the ground and lift your hips up and back, straightening your arms and legs.
Child's Pose: From Downward Dog, lower your knees to the ground and sit back onto your heels. Stretch your arms forward and rest your forehead on the ground.
Cobra Pose: Lie on your belly with your hands under your shoulders, elbows close to your sides. Inhale and lift your chest off the ground, using your back muscles. Keep your shoulders down and your gaze forward.
Corpse Pose: Lie flat on your back with your arms and legs relaxed. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, allowing your body to fully relax.
Closing: We hope these simple yoga poses have helped you feel more relaxed and flexible. Remember to breathe deeply and listen to your body's needs. Namaste.
