Also at the end of this video listen to how ELECTED Harnett County Commissioner Bill Morris addressed me on the phone. He is derelict of his deputies. Bill Morris is clearly NOT someone who should be an elected official or anyone who should be serving in ANY public position of responsibility.

Additionally Bill Morris I think clearly meant that comment to be a threat towards me. On an additional unrecorded phone call he actually did threaten me outright. I was calling him as a local elected official with comments and questions as a citizen and THIS WAS HIS RESPONSE!!!
