In this video, we tackled on the struggle that a lot of beginners face, and that is Level Changes. Standing tall is great as your body structure is solid and that you can deliver any kind of combinations you can think off, but when you ask beginners to attack the body, they would normally compensate inexperience by overreaching, leading to breaking their posture and being susceptible to counters and such. The video discusses on 2 exercises/drills that beginners can incorporate in their training/workout to introduce them to level changes while maintaining, and keeping, their upper body posture, and continuing their fluidity in terms of offense and defense.
