Hello my lovelies and how are you? I am bringing you just a simple video, kind of a silent vlog, so that you can spend the day at home with me and catch a glimpse of a day in the life of a country girl. I'm so happy to finally be sharing with you my recipe for perfect, fluffy marshmallows! These are such a sweet and fun addition to cozy, hot beverages like coffee, tea, and London Fog drinks. I've talked about these marshmallows before on my social media and in my "Simple But Not Minimal" vlog (https://rumble.com/v18cfl0-simple-but-not-minimal-living-in-a-small-space-for-10-years.html). Thank you for requesting a recipe and I hope you'll try them for yourself. Please share your experience in the comments if you do! I hope you don't mind some of the random footage I have compiled, but I am just so excited that it's spring and I wanted to have a productive day since the weather was so nice and agreeable. I hope you are finding ways to enjoy spring wherever you are and that you are appreciating even the small, trivial, and mundane moments and seeing the beauty in every day. You are such a blessing to me and I am very thankful that you're here. Until I see you in the next video, be sure to take care and God bless⚘

Perfect Marshmallows Recipe: https://rumble.com/v15upxl-a-slow-living-saturday-and-self-reflections.html

Bloom 1/2 c. gelatin in a bowl of 1 c. water
Combine on stovetop:
3/4 c. water, 1/2 c. honey, 1/4 c. maple syrup, 1/4 c. cane sugar, dash of salt and dash of vanilla. Bring to slow boil and simmer for a few minutes.

Turn on beaters to lowest setting and mix gelatin while slowly beginning to add in stovetop mixture a little at a time.

Beat for 10-12 minutes gradually increasing speed as you go.

Once consistency is thick and mallowy, and the beaters form peaks, pour into a parchment-lined baking dish.

Allow to set on the counter and firm up for a couple hours and store in the fridge overnight before cutting into pieces and dusting with arrowroot powder.
