Form Check: 132.5 Kgs x 5. Quick Deload. Any tips?

Just doing a quick deload divided in to two days at the tail end of this week, (so I did paused flat bench right before this. The next day is incline bench, and squat) so I can give myself a little bit of a break, while still trying to hold on to adaptations. I figured while doing so, I would start trying to tweak, and dial in my form. I'm trying really hard to focus on having "long arms," pulling and engaging the lats to pull the slack out, and most importantly keeping that tension in the lats. As that is something I think I can definitely work on/do better with. And of course, focusing on driving hard with the legs, and not getting too "jerky," per se, while trying to find what start position suits me best, and keeping the setup still as quick as possible, to save on energy, and help with speed/explosiveness. For feeling a bit tired, doing this super quickly, and being in a bit of a rush, as I had to cram this in super quickly after my fitness course session right before heading to work, these felt very good! Lol. Lower back/posterior chain especially felt very nice, afterwards. If you have any tips/suggestions, feel free to chime in! 🤘🏻
