Biden: What did I say? Rolling Stone?

President Joe Biden visited Rolling Fork, Mississippi after a recent tornado tore through the region. Biden appears to be very confused, stumbling over his words and forgetting the name of the town he is in. He calls it Rolling Stone. He also admits he forgot what he said," What did I say?" Biden claims," we'll be with you every step of the way". The mainstream news outlets are shortening the President's words. Headlines are titled "Biden: We'll be with you every step of the way" but they leave out the words after "What did I say? Rolling Stone?" It seems as if every instance when Joe Biden opens his mouth he makes a complete fool of himself and demonstrates that he is not competent enough to open a jar of pickles.
