The Bubble Gum Soft Hackle fly is a quick fly that is great for panfish. It's bright colors help it to get noticed and the best part is you can tie this fly just using materials you probably already have. It does not have to be tied on a curved hook and you can substitute a fluorescent thread for e Glo-Brite hot spot. The body can be made with Sili legs, rubber legs or even a bright colored rubber band. Brush some fur off the cat for the dubbing and use any small hackle for the collar. It is a fun fly to tie and in no time you can have wide array of colors in your fly box. Experiment a little and you might even come up with something new. -- Enjoy
