Low Cal High Protein Creamy Chicken Tikka Masala

Don't sacrifice taste for health! This creamy chicken tikka masala is both low calorie and high protein! 💯🥘🤩

(Per Serving - Makes 5 Total)
• 360 Calories
• 34g Protein, 39g Carbs, 7g Fat

To a Bowl Add
• 75g low fat yoghurt, tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, tablespoon garlic powder, tbsp gharam masala, tbsp paprika, tbsp cumin, 600g cubed raw chicken
• Mix together & add to skewers (optional)
• Oven / air fry for 20-25 mins at 220°C/ 428°F

Then on Medium Heat Add
• 30g light butter
• Tbsp garlic
• Chopped onion
• Tbsp tomato paste
• Tsp gharam masala and tsp turmeric
• 150g tomato purée
• 100ml water
• 100ml light low fat cream
• Your cooked chicken
• Stir and let it simmer and finish with coriander
• Meanwhile boil 200g uncooked rice
• Add equal portions to your containers & enjoy!!
