Octopath Traveler 2 (PC) - Part 27: Monarch Quest Boss + Dancer's Guild & Shrine Locations

Our next story chapter is in the city of Wellgrove, but there are a couple other things to take care of on the way over there, including taking down another optional quest boss! Ride the river south of Cropdale to find the Starfall Spring dungeon with a danger level of 15. Inside here lies the Monarch boss. This boss can use Mirage to sidestep your attacks and use Soporific Mist to put your party to sleep, but other than that, this guy is easier than the Carnivorous Plant we fought two episodes ago.

On our way to Wellgrove, we also find the Altar of the Lady of Grace, which teaches Agnea the EX skill "Windy Refrain", which deals wind damage to all enemies and makes your party act first on the next turn. Once we reach town, we also find the Dancer's Guild which lets you use Dancer as a secondary class, with extra licenses available for mastering the class with two characters.
