2-Proximal Posterior Surface of the Body of the Fibula
3-Soleal Line of the Tibia
Insertion:
Calcaneus via Calcaneal (Achilles) Tendon
Function:
Plantar Flexion of the Foot @ the Ankle Joint
Nerve:
Tibial Nerve
Activation: (Prone) Plantar Flexion of the Foot (Knee is Flexed)
Lengthening: (Prone) Dorsiflexion of the Foot
