DON'T Add Rack and Pinion to Your First Generation Firebird or Camaro

All things being equal, adding aftermarket rack and pinion to your first generation F-Body typically creates more problems than it solves. With exception of an aftermarket subframe, designed around a rack and pinion, you're typically money ahead, with better performance if you simply upgrade your steering box. In this video I discuss the pitfalls of rack and pinion systems and why they should be avoided with the factory subframe.
