Offline/One Player Video Game Crash in 2017/2018? Could it Happen? Has it already happened?

In this video we discuss whether or not there's a video game crash already happening regarding single player, off-line focused video games.

Since 1983 there's been almost constant speculation regarding if the great Video Game Crash of 1983 could happen again. Jeff Tarzia, AKA SmashJT, recently posted his concerns that micro transactions and casual gaming could be leading to a future crash in the hobby. I fear a crash may already be occurring, but concern is that we are losing a genre of video games. I'm talking about the potential end of single person, off-line video gaming.
