Switch Case Review: Should You Buy the Bestico 3 in 1 Nintendo Switch Accessory Kit

In this video, we look at the Bestico 3-in-1 case for the Nintendo Switch.

When you are looking to transport your Nintendo switch, keeping it safe and protected from dings, drops, and scratches are very important. Carrying it and some sort of external case can definitely protect it from the environment and other potential issues. Bestico recently sent us one of their 3-in-1 travel cases for the Nintendo Switch, and I like what I see.

Available through Amazon, this kit includes the case itself, two grips for Joycons, and a screen protector. The outer case itself is firm, but not hard. It will not protect your switch if you drop it off of a bridge while losing your keys or anything, but it will help keep it safe if you toss them in a backpack and something heavy like your laptop sits on it.

Inside the case, you have rather dense foam that houses two Joy Con grips. I've never actually used any of these before, however, I have had my eyes on them. I have always found the Joy Cons to be a little bit small for my taste, preferring to use either the OEM Joy Con Grip or the Pro Controller. These Joy Con grip handles, whatever you want to call them, actually makes the Joy Cons usable for someone like me.

The foam inside the case has been cut out to hold those Joy Con grips, however, you cannot store the actual Nintendo Joy Con grip or the Pro Controller in it. The top of the case features slots to store your cartridges. Finally, there's a spot to hold your AC adapter if you need to take it with you on the go

Why it RoX:
- Great price
- I really like the Joy Con controller grips
- Integrated cartridge storage
- Provides good protection

What could be improved?
- Zippers are a little tight
- Does not accommodate the OEM Joy Con grip
- No storage for dock
- A little on the large side

Should you buy one?
If you travel with your Switch, you need to protect it. The Bestico case provides a decent amount of protection for a very budget-friendly price. Combine in the Joy Con Controller Grips and screen protector and you have a pretty nice little setup. As large as this case is, I am a little surprised there isn't a shoulder strap, that's not a big deal, it just would have been nice.
