Episode 4 “Musselman Woods” The journey continues with a walk down Conservation Road on a fine autumn evening where the horses were glowing in the sunlight, the starlings lurked in the cornfields, and fresh pears were falling from the trees. I ducked into the woods for an amazing trail section leading to a beautiful hilltop view of the countryside and the glorious sunset in Musselman Woods. The days were getting shorter and the mushrooms were out. The best hiking yet on the Avon Trail !
