Yes, We Do Need to Talk...About Second Amendment Reparations.

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the concept that if we owe certain segments of our population reparations in order to "right the wrongs of the past" then perhaps we need to start applying that logic across the board to all segments of our population that have been deprived of their Constitutional Rights under the color of State law.
