How a HUGE Win in California Shows the Dominos Are Starting to Fall on Gun Control

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the huge win in the matter of Boland v. Bonta, a challenge to California's Unsafe Handgun Act. As many of you have probably heard, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, Southern Division, has ruled that at least three mandatory safety restrictions, essentially component requirements which must be on a firearm before the State of California will allow it to be commercially sold. In this landmark ruling, we begin to see the cracks in the gun control arguments and the dominos are beginning to fall. Learn what all of this means to you and arm yourself with education.
