Mace Training Day 2. Macebell

So after the first time using a mace, I watched a lot more videos to pick up better technique and cues to swine the macebell. I tagged them in my IG post if you’re interested. Link is on the main page. These specific movements I got from TheSavageArmy. I ordered a 10lb.. but it’s not here yet…. So this is the 20lb mace.
