Octopath Traveler 2 (PC) - Part 17: Scholar's Guild & Shrine Locations

Now that all 8 adventurers are with us, let us search for their classes' guilds and shrines to learn new skills and allow other units to use them! The secondary classes work a little differently here than they did in the first Octopath Traveler. While the first game had a shrine you could visit that unlocks one job as a secondary class that anyone can use, here they just give the character of that class a new EX skill. The secondary class itself comes from a hidden guild that gives you a license to use the job as a secondary class for one character and also gives you two quests to unlock more licenses so that more characters can use that secondary class at a time.

The Scholar's Guild is located in the Western Winterbloom Snows. Here you get a license to use the Scholar as a secondary class, and you can get two additional licenses by collecting 5 Ancient Sentinel Cores and 5 Almighty Soulstones. The Altar of the Scholarking is hidden underneath a bridge in the same area. This will unlock Osvald's EX skill "Teach", which allows you to give one ally your attribute-raising effects for 2 turns.
