It's hard to overstate the value of antibiotics. They have saved far more lives than any other medical discovery. Unfortunately, they won't be effective forever. This topic has a lot of the medical community seriously worried!

Also, new studies show a direct connection between exercise and extending lifespan. Better still, the benefits are gained no matter how old you are when you start exercising!
