How to make tomato paste

Hello everyone. We prepare canned tomatoes that you can use in your meals, soups, and sauces. 🍅🍅🍅

FABRICATION

1. First of all, let's wash the tomatoes well.
2. Let's peel the skins thinly and divide them into 5-6 parts and pour them into the pot:
3. Let's put our pot on the stove and cook until the tomatoes are soft.
4. Pull the softened tomatoes from the blender to the desired thickness.
5. Add some salt and boil for another 5 minutes.
6. Let's fill hot and hot jars that we washed and dried well beforehand.
7. Let's wipe the edges of the jar with a napkin.
8. With zero jar lids we boil and dry thoroughly. Let's tighten it so that 2 back and forth.
9. Let's turn the jar upside down, cover it with a cloth, and leave it for a day to let the air out.
