It is an instructional video that documents a war game played out according to the US Army's Joint Air Attack Team Tactics (JAATT), developed in the wake of the AirLand Battle doctrine. It was later refined and deployed for General Norman Schwarzkopf's victory over the forces of Saddam Hussein in the 1991 Gulf War, as Operation Desert Storm is commonly known.
