This is a really healthy treat for you and your kids for a fun St. Patrick's day breakfast. Suprise them in the morning with a delicious green smoothie packed with a ton of vitamins and minerals. Recipe doubled from Tasty.co
This recipe makes 3 smoothies:
1 banana - frozen in chunks
1 pear (skin on) - frozen in chunks
2 cups of kale - frozen
2+ cups of milk of your choice (you may need more to thin it out)
2 Tblsp of Creamy Peanut butter
