Origins:
1-Lateral Condyle of the Tibia
2-Proximal 1/3 of the Interosseous Membrane
3-Proximal 2/3 of the Anterior Surface of the Fibula

Insertion:
Middle and Distal Phalanges of Toes #2 to #5

Functions:
1-Extension of the Toes #2 to #5 @ the MTP & PIP & DIP Joints
2-Dorsiflexion of the Foot @ the Ankle Joint
3-Eversion of the Foot @ the Subtalar Joint

Nerve:
Deep Fibular (Peroneal) Nerve

Activation: (Supine) Extension of the Toes #2 to #5 @ IP with Dorsiflexion of the Foot
Lengthening: (Supine) Flexion of the Toes #2 to #5 @ IP with Plantar Flexion of the Foot
