Landmine Barbell Shoulder Press Workout
Join me, Laila, for a landmine barbell shoulder press workout! In this video, I demonstrate how to properly perform the exercise using a barbell on a squat rack. I show you how to flip the barbell up and set up for the exercise, ensuring full shoulder extension with each repetition. Follow along as I perform the exercise and count out the repetitions.
