Russia agrees to extend grain deal for 60 days, seeks export barrier removal

Moscow has agreed to extend its grain deal with Ukraine for 60 days to assess whether the West will prove it's ready to fulfill its side of the deal. The news comes as Russia says its commodities are supposed to be part of the agreement as well. RT contributor Rachel Marsden tells us more.
