Black-billed Magpie Harasses Ellie 🦉 03/12/23 16:11

A Black-billed Magpie shows up at the nest. Ellie clacks her beak, a warning sound to stay away, at the Magpie. For a little while, it doesn't seem to bother the Magpie as it continues to dance from the branch to the nest, then around and under the nest. The Magpie finally goes up onto the outer branch and proceeds to sing what is called The Whisper Song as Ellie watches with another brood feather stuck in her beak.
