Fallout 4 - Jamaica Plain walkthrough with Narration

This a walk through of my Fallout 4 Jamaica Plain settlement. It is a small cargo way station for caravans in the wasteland. It's population is self sufficient with home grown food, a water purification facility, entertainment options, extensive repair shops, and a department store.
