Lobster Roll

📕Recipe here:

❂ Ingredients:

3 Lobster Tails
1/2 stalk Celery
2 Center Split Bun
70g. Butter
Salt/Pepper to taste

For the Butter Sauce:

Butter (use the good stuff)
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Tsp Dill
1/4 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1/3 Tsp Lemon Zest
Chives

❂ Cooking process:

⁃ Steam lobster tails for 5 minutes.
⁃ Take it out of the shell and cut.
⁃ Melt butter in a frying pan over low heat.
⁃ Add garlic, dill, smoked paprika, and lemon zest to the melted butter. Set aside.
⁃ Finely chop the celery stalk.
⁃ Cut the buns just a little bit on the sides, brush with butter, and fry from both sides.
⁃ Before putting the lobster into the bun. Pour the lobster into the warm butter sauce and stir.
⁃ Add celery and put it on a bun.
⁃ Sprinkle with chives.
