Mario Kart 8 Deluxe DLC Wave 4 - 150cc Fruit Cup & Boomerang Cup As Birdo (3 Stars)

Ladies and gentlemen, the fourth wave of Booster Course Pass content for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has dropped today, which includes two brand-new Grand Prix cups and 8 new tracks! So let's dive right in! The Booster Course Pass is available on the eShop for only $25 (no additional cost for Switch Online Expansion Pass members), and when all the content finally hits by the end of 2023, the size of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe will double with 12 new cups and 48 new tracks!

Wave 4's new cups includes 7 new tracks which were remade from previous Mario Kart titles including the mobile game Mario Kart Tour, which are all new for people who don't play mobile games or just hate the shady monetization that Mario Kart Tour provides! This wave also includes a brand-new track based on Yoshi's Island (I still need to play that game on my channel sometime...), as well as a new character in the form of Birdo! It looks like a new column on the character select screen was added to accommodate her, so could this mean more new characters for waves 5 and 6?
