Learn how to shape a SOURDOUGH BATARD. Shaping a batard (oval) is slightly more advanced than shaping a sourdough boule (round), but this technique makes it easy! Check it out, and give the video a thumbs up if you found it helpful!

This is a 72% hydration dough, and this shaping technique should work for doughs anywhere between 65%-80% hydration. (If you don't know what I'm talking about, don't worry about it. Making delicious bread is more important than technicalities!)
