How to Shape a SOURDOUGH BOULE | Sourdough Shaping Techniques
Learn how to shape an easy SOURDOUGH BOULE. This is one of the simpler sourdough shaping techniques to master. If you're starting out in the world of sourdough bread, I recommend shaping this way for your first bake.
This is a 72% hydration dough, and this shaping technique should work for doughs anywhere between 65-80% hydration. (If you don't know what I'm talking about, don't worry about it 😄 making delicious bread is more important than technicalities.)
