45 Minute Yin Yoga Flow To Embody Peace

Today we explore the practice of yin yoga as a gentle way to cultivate inner peace. Yin yoga is a passive practice where we hold our poses between 3-5 minutes. This helps to release tension within the body, to still the mind which creates space for peace to arise within. This video was shot next to a Buddhist stupa at Wat Umong Temple in Thailand. The stupa represents peace, virtue and compassion which was the inspiration for this flow.
