Incident happened on February 20th 2023 at the junction of Yarnhall Street near Henrietta Street in Dublin, Ireland. The reports from locals is that a foreign national man attempted to abduct a woman, going so far as to get her into his car, and she broke free and ran to locals for help, who in turn ended up torching the would-be kidnapper's van.
