The Diets That Leave Us Confused.. and Frustrated! #shorts
Dieting can be confusing and frustrating 🙄. Why is dieting so confusing? With so many conflicting opinions, knowing what to eat is hard. One day it's all about eating a balanced diet, the next it's keto, and then there's the carnivore diet. What if you don't want to eat keto, or you find carnivore too restrictive?
But the truth is, no one diet is right for everyone. Our bodies are all different and have different needs. If you know you already have insulin resistance, prediabetes, diabetes, or are overweight, the one thing that isn't confusing is that you need to do something different.
So, instead of following the latest fad, or just eating less of the same food focus on eating a variety of whole, nutrient-dense foods that make you feel good. It's all about finding what works for you. Anything different than what you're currently doing is the right step in the right direction.
