Factory detonation by retreating Kiev troops devastated entire area

The Ukrainian military has been known to destroy infrastructure and industrial sites upon retreating from areas in Donbass. RT’s Igor Zhdanov went to see a factory that Ukrainian troops blew to pieces as they were fleeing in the Lugansk region.
