Use great discernment and be cautious with this knowledge / technology. I believe if you are communicating with the dead, you are communicating with demons. Telepathy between humans is possible. Why is this a secret ? Why has it been hidden from us ? The only "device" they needed was their own minds. We see examples of 'mind over matter" that exist every day in our world even now.
