Each was carved from a solid block of granite, posed in the sitting position upon chairs with a high relief on either side of minor characteristics. Under "Morality" stand "Prophet" and "Evangelist"; under "Law" stand "Justice" and "Mercy"; under "Education" are "Youth" and "Wisdom"; and under "Liberty" stand "Tyranny Overthrown" and "Peace". On the face of the buttresses, beneath these figures are high reliefs in marble, representing scenes from Pilgrim history. Under "Morality" is "Embarcation"; under "Law" is "Treaty"; under "Education" is "Compact"; and under "Freedom" is "Landing". Upon the four faces of the main pedestal are large panels for records. The front panel is inscribed as follows: "National Monument to the Forefathers. Erected by a grateful people in remembrance of their labors, sacrifices and sufferings for the cause of civil and religious liberty." The right and left panels contain the names of those who came over in the Mayflower. The rear panel, which was not engraved until recently, contains a quotation from Governor William Bradford's famous history, Of Plymouth Plantation: Thus out of small beginnings greater things have been produced by His hand that made all things of nothing and gives being to all things that are; and as one small candle may light a thousand, so the light here kindled hath shone unto many, yea in some sort to our whole nation; let the glorious name of Jehovah have all praise.

By the morning of Dec 26, Washington had an army of 2400 soldiers, 200 horses and 18 pieces of artillery on the New Jersey side of the Delaware. The army then marched nine miles and defeated the better rested Hessian soldiers camped out in Trenton. Historians say Washington’s success marked a significant victory for the Continental army and a renewed confidence in the Revolution. A very risky and dangerous plan to give a win to the Patriot Army, during the First Revolutionary War that was GUIDED by GOD from a PRAYER and VISION of Angels by General Washington Himself. This great moment in the HISTORY of our COUNTRY, Juan describes as a turning point to the WAR that certainly can be applied to where we are now in the SECOND Revolutionary War. If nothing else, all the elements for potential disaster were with Washington and his men as they crossed the Delaware River from the icy Pennsylvania shoreline to the equally frozen banks of New Jersey, followed by an eight-mile march to the objective – the town of Trenton. The river – swollen and swift moving – was full of wide, thick sheets of solid ice. And unlike the romanticized portrayal of the operation in the famous painting by Emanuel Leutze (the one with Washington standing in his dramatic, martial pose; his determined face turned toward the far side of the river), the actual crossing was made in the dead of night, in a gale-like wind and a blinding sleet and snowstorm. Odds are, Washington would have been hunkered down in one of the 66-ft-long DURHAM wooden boats, draped in his cloak, stoically enduring the bitter cold with his soldiers, some of whom were rowing or poling the boats against the ice and the current. WASHINGTON’S STRATEGIC CONCERNS The decision for the crossing and the subsequent raid on Trenton was based on Washington’s belief that he had to do something. Otherwise – as he penned in a private letter – “the game will be pretty near up.” To the easily disheartened and the cut-and-runners, it might have seemed “the game” was indeed already “up.” After all, many of Washington’s Continental Army were wounded, sick, and demoralized. Recent losses to the British had been severe. Desertion numbers were rising, and enlistment terms were almost up. Reinforcements were poorly trained and ill-equipped. Ammunition was in short supply. The soldiers were not properly outfitted for extreme winter conditions: Clothing was spare. Many men were in rags, some “naked,” according to Washington’s own account. Most had broken shoes or no shoes at all. THE PLAN The mission itself, though a huge gamble, was tactically simple. Washington, personally leading a force of just under 2,500 men, would cross the river undetected, march toward Trenton, and attack the enemy garrisoned in the town at dawn. Two of Washington’s other commanders, Generals John Cadwalader and James Ewing, were also directed to cross: Cadwalader’s force was to cross and attack a second garrison near Bordentown. Ewing’s force was to cross and block the enemy’s escape at Trenton. Both commanders, discouraged by the weather and the river, aborted their own operations. But according to Maurice Matloff’s American Military History (the U.S. Army’s official history), “Driven by Washington’s indomitable will, the main force did cross as planned.” Speed of movement, surprise, maneuver, violence of action, and the plan’s simplicity were all key. And fortunately, the elements all came together. The factors in Washington’s favor were clear: The weather was so bad that no one believed the Continentals would attempt a river crossing followed by a forced march, much less at night. The Continentals were numerically – and perceived to be qualitatively – inferior to the British Army. The Hessians, mercenaries allied to the British and who were garrisoned in Trenton, had a battlefield reputation that far exceeded their actual combat prowess. And no one believed the weary Americans would want to attempt anything with anyone on Christmas. THE CROSSING Hours before kickoff, Washington had his officers read to the men excerpts of Thomas Paine’s The American Crisis, a portion of which reads: “These are the times that try men’s souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict the more glorious the triumph.” By 4:00 p.m. the force was gathered at McKonkey’s Ferry, the launching point for the mission. The watchword, “Victory or death,” was given. When darkness set in, the men climbed into the boats and began easing out into the black river. Back and forth throughout the night and into the wee hours of the 26th, the boat crews ferried the little army, a few horses, and 18 cannon across the Delaware. The crossing was complete by 4 a.m., but two hours behind schedule, and the temperatures were plummeting. At least two men, exhausted and falling asleep in the snow, froze to death.

The start of the Year of the Lord 1623 was to be the SECOND Thanksgiving. Creating God's Commonwealth and the Law became front and Center over the next many years in creating COMMERCE. It is all about these common beliefs in the various Pagan, Celtic, Druid and now Wiccan (or Witchcraft which is a spiritual system that fosters the free thought and will of the individual) Celebrations. Satanic groups that celebrate Blood Sacrifice on this day, believe that this was the time of year, when the membrane or the veil of separation between the living and the Spirit World could be crossed over to enter into the Spiritual realm of the dead. And they could converse with spirits, dead relatives and Demons and get knowledge or “information” that was important in the future. Later to safely return to this physical realm with that knowledge. So “they” think that walking between the worlds of the nether regions with the dead is possible. But the living, from a biblical perspective, within this audience which I think is is largely a church oriented community, that tries to do spells or to get information about the future.. this is not right thinking. Imagine these practices, every one of them that is talked about, during this Halloween celebration is something that is specifically against Biblical teachings! A setting or celebration seen casually.. that is assumed to be just fun! I take you to a picture from the other day at a setting, where they had this huge banner out in front of a Church, a big Halloween celebration for the kids... and everybody knows, they are to come in, with their costumes and candy and masks for the big Halloween Event. The Costumes, the Pumpkins the spooky music the symbols that are actually Satanic in origin or Pagan in Spirit.. come into Physical reality! You might know that the Church and their whole operation.. they don’t “mean” to replicate a Pagan tradition but let me tell you what that tradition actually was based on. In the words of the Samhaim (So- when) “occult” tradition.... “Originally known as the "Feast of the Dead" this sabbat was celebrated in Celtic countries by leaving food offerings on altars and doorsteps for the "wandering dead". Today a lot of practitioners still carry out that tradition. Single candles were lit and left in a window to help guide the spirits of ancestors and loved ones home. Extra chairs were set to the table and around the hearth for the unseen guest. The silent dinner where it was thought the “communication” with the dead was possible. Apples were buried along roadsides and paths for spirits who were lost or had no descendants to provide for them. Turnips were hollowed out and carved to look like protective spirits, for this was a night of magic and chaos.” In a Real Pagan setting.. three days before the ultimate celebration of blood sacrifice all the “hearth” fires were extinguished. And for Three Days they prepared for the culling and Slaughter of the herds that were to be prepared around a main platform in the Town center. The festivities included, the ones up to be killed were contained in Wooden crates or staked to the ground with ropes and chains. Knives sharpened, horses harnessed, children helped gathering wood and brush for the main fire location. Women prepared the Salt tanks and dug pits for the meat preservation and to then dry it, for the winters food supply. The slaves that were a part of the community were brought to the High Priests for inspection. It was they that decided their fate with a process know as divination.. the casting of straws and the drawing of lots. Biblical tradition now used to decide the fate of those that were not chosen to live, but to be sacrificed for the good of the Community. They were DEAD serious. The superstition and misconception linked to this celebration by the early church, led people to take some unusual precautions to protect themselves. They adopted the tradition of dressing in frightening costumes or disguises, and displaying scary looking carved out Turnips with candles in them, to help protect them from spirits they considered to be evil. In the British Isles, the young people would disguise themselves with hideous masks and walk through the village, lighting their way with lanterns made from carved turnips. Sound familiar? So the big day arrives. The Chaos that becomes the day long festival is highlighted by the decisions from each family, that had to make a choice, as to what THEY would contribute to the High Priests in the form of Gifts, Trinkets, Clothing, Food and Sacred items. Woah to the children born of the Slaves, as they often were the ultimate Gift. And they paid with their lives. As the drums pounded the Gifts were take to the top of the hill and ceremoniously offered.. and everybody participated. You can imagine the screaming and terror.. and the act of carrying the remains of the Animals slaughtered to the hill and tossed into the “Bone Fire”. Then at the moment of highest drama .. the final thing was the sacrifice ...the offerings of the Families. And with the moment the “climax” of this Satanic Blood Ceremony. The Masks and Costumes were worn to protect the identity of those that assisted in the ceremony, because “they” were often the same ones that healed the sick and preached the Bible. A Prayer was said "Dark Father, aged Consort of the Crone, Lord of the Underworld, Hear and behold Your child this night as I honor Thee and Thy realm. I stand between Thee and Thy Lady, asking for blessing and favor. As this time-out-of-time approaches, stand ever guard as the Veil lifts, Keep safe my ancestors, and all of my loved ones As they journey to the Summerlands." In this the Child was killed. So afterwards when the fire had burned down to ashes they buried the bodies of the Children and then put a cross at the head of the grave. As that was a Cross that symbolized the death of Christ.. and the payment of the price in human flesh.. in order to be reconciled with God. And everyone takes home embers from the “Bone fire” now called Bonfire.. for the hearth in ones home to cook food, stay warm and keep ones desire for the community unity.. that was promised in this ceremony for another year. And so that is the mixed apology. This ceremony is inter mixed with two divergent thoughts sustaining life and committing murder... the two don't go together but they're so interwoven in the Communities minds and that's part of the Satanic agenda. Which is to convoluted things in such a way that you can't think straight. Where you're not really thinking about what you're doing! Many of these things are hidden in plain sight. Oh and if you did not provide a human sacrifice? They would come to your house at some time in the future wearing masks and costumes and steal away the first born son or a daughter that was the most fair in looks.. to sacrifice or enslave to do their bidding. The signal they would give to those that DID sacrifice was that Turnip filled with blood that sat outside the main door of the home all year, that symbol we now light with a silly face on it, to show that that home would not be subjected to being “tricked” because they had already supplied the “treat”. In the Forgotten Book of Eden (a series of Stories handed down not included in the King James Bible).. Satan is portrayed as repeatedly coming again disguising himself as an “angel of light” and singing the praises of God in heaven! And all of his demon escorts portraying themselves as speaking of all these wonderful things about heaven and praising God in heaven. When really the Demons had fooled Adam and Eve into believing that they were angels sent down from heaven and that they could help them. All at the same time trying to lead them astray with all of this goodness and righteous thought and everything else and then at the end it was a trap every time! The RELIGIONS are always a TARGET to get people to drop their guard and go along blindly with this RUSE. When in reality they are a “snake in the grass” the “Serpent” that over and over created DOUBT in their FAITH of GOD. And destroys their TRUST in GOD. And the scriptures are pretty clear ...as the first five books of the Bible about the Halloween traditions... every one of them refers to the ONE TRUE GOD. Everything was turned upside down, inside out and backwards. Normality was subverted and masters served their slaves. In various households as well as whole cities, they cast lots among the lowest and most vulgar members of the community and the winner was crowned 'The King of Misrule'. The new King was dressed in amusing finery and with an unholy anointing began to channel the unclean Spirit of Misrule. Simultaneously the willing mob who had done the deed was divided into squads and compelled to execute his decrees. As the coup began, he ordered that slaves take command of the offices of state, and he had the power to order anyone, to do anything his whim desired. As the Lord of Fools, He commanded everyone be partakers in his drunkenness and debauchery. The King of Misrule was encouraged to take any woman he desired while ordering orgies and rape. Military discipline was relaxed and the armed guardians of the state who were normally admired by friends and feared by foes, roared around the city on their chariots with loose women in tow and acting like buffoons; or worse. Parties for all was the order of the day but, in spite of all the exuberance and outward displays of gaiety, there was always an underlying tension and apprehension. Participants were continuously anxious about what the King would order next and who would fall victim to the vulgar tyrants mocking rage or unwholesome affections. This was Misrules chance to get back at anyone who had ever dismissed, slighted or derided him. Whether great or small, the axiom is still true, "Power tends to corrupt and absolute power, corrupts absolutely". Near the end of the Roman Empire, the King of Misrule's rein was nearly always ended with his literal sacrifice at Saturn's alter in the presence of his ministering fools; so the unfortunate misruling scape goat was all the more encouraged to make the most of his last days; eat drink and be merry, for at the end of your rein you die. His cult of followers spent all day, perhaps even the whole year, dreaming up sweet taunts to whisper in his ear, or, should THEY be the hapless victim, how best to exact THEIR opportunistic revenge. The rowdy bands competed in their mischievous calamities and each macabre decree had to be followed by something new and even more disgusting, or delirious. Why? because the real challenge where ever foolish tyrants rule is,…as it has always been, to try to stay on the tyrants good side so as not to suffer his wrath. The end of the magical Festival was also its Zenith; and everyone, especially the Misruler knew what certain fate awaited him as step after step higher, they mounted the sacrificial ziggurat. It's easy to understand why the hapless King of Misrule, Lording over his Fools, would want to extend the party indefinitely with that kind of finale' ahead.
