Chakras are energy centers located along the spine in the human body. There are seven main chakras, each representing a specific area of the body and having a particular symbolic meaning.

The first chakra 🌿, called "Muladhara" for root chakra, is located at the base of the spine and represents security, stability and survival.

The second chakra 🎨, called "Svadhishthana" for sacral chakra, is located just above the root chakra and represents creativity, emotions and sexuality.

The third chakra ☀️, called "Manipula" for solar plexus chakra, is located just above the navel and represents self-confidence, willpower and personal power.

The fourth chakra ❤️, called "Anahata" for heart chakra, is located in the center of the chest and represents love, compassion and healing.

The fifth chakra 🎶, called "Visuddha" for throat chakra, is located at the level of the throat and represents communication, self-expression and truth.

The sixth chakra 🧿, called "Ajna" for third eye chakra, is located between the two eyes and represents mental clarity, intuition and spiritual perception.

The seventh chakra 🌟, called "Sahasrara" for crown chakra, is located at the top of the head and represents spirituality, connection with the divine and higher consciousness.

In meditation, one can focus on each of these chakras using specific techniques to help balance and strengthen the energy of each energy center. These videos will help you on your inner journey.
