Meditation on Thankfulness

Once you have developed some agency over your focus, there are many different explorations we can direct our focus towards. One of the most powerful, in my life, has been focusing directly on the experience of different emotions, and none are more important to understand and feel deeply than thankfulness.

In this video, we'll spend a little time learning how thankfulness feels in our body and, as we learn to give into thankfulness and allow it to fill us, we unlock the keys to more happiness and joy.
