HIIT workout to lose weight

If you want to shape up and lose weight at the same time, but you’re lazy when it comes to doing any cardio like me. I highly recommend a HIT workout(with weight). HIT is a really efficient training method, The workout is simple(High reps 15-20, 5-6 sets, 30 seconds break in between each sets, and only lift 50%-75% of the weight you’ve maxed out(P.R). Do this 4-5 days a week and you’ll get better results in a shorter period of time.
