Avoid Temptation: The problem with cheat meals.

I get asked this question all the time, and it seems very straightforward to me. I set a date 8 months out, if I hit a specific weight by then I would have a cheat meal or day. As it turned out it turned into a vacation, one where I walked 80 or so miles for the week while also enjoying a few meals. I also started that week in August at 216 lb down from 296 in January. I think if I had cheated, even just a meal, I would have failed like I did the previous times.
