Energy, commodities price-drop isn't reflected in economies – reports

Global prices of oil, natural gas, corn and wheat are now below the levels they were at before the Ukraine conflict. However, despite the lower tariffs, bills for Western consumers in particular continue to rise and rise. RT Contributor Chris Emms looks into the issue.
