Prepping Tiny House Loft For Insulation & Cutting Fire Wood

Cutting more fire wood and finished cleaning the tiny house loft to prepare for installing the insulation in my study.

I worked a bit more on cutting fire wood for the off grid tiny house wood stove. I use a wood stove for my main source of heat in my tiny home.

I have a lot of smaller trees that I had cut down but never cut into logs before. They are cured now and ready for burning. It is time to get them up by the tiny house and ready to use as fuel.

As it started to get dark I cleaned up and put my tools away.

Then I went back inside my tiny home to work on cleaning out the loft which will be my study. This room has become a storage and catch all for building materials and tools.

Now I want to finish insulating the tiny home and finish the upstairs lofts.

It took me a long time to get everything out and clean the floor because there was cat hair all over everything. This would not be so bad but the static electricity has the hair sticking to everything and it does not come off easily. So I spent a considerable amount of time sweeping with a hand broom and dust pan.

I finally finished it though as the night was wearing on. Now I can start putting insulation in the loft.
