I get this a lot so it's worth pointing out. What you don't eat is as important as what you do eat. So if I have inspired you to lean towards the carnivore lifestyle a little bit more, remember that you have to subtract if you're going to add. Removing all of the sugars, carbs, and limiting the fiber is every bit as important as adding more fats and protein.

So have at that bacon, sausage, and juicy ribeye. Just lose the bread, pasta, pizza, and dessert!
