When starting of its good to have big goals and high standards but i've come to learn how to be realistic in my goals. Sometimes setting to high of a goal sets you off to failure. In the sense that instead of gaining momentum and gaining confidence when you dont reach these goals daily they set you back, it makes me feel like a failure, it makes me feel unworthy, lazy. But the best way to fix things is by setting realistic and reachable goals and once you reach those goals you can start setting higher goals for your self. Its all about the journey building your self up instead of brining your self down.
