Knowing About the LORD or Knowing Him, Which is It

Psalm 103:7 He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.
If you have seen His acts, you should know His ways. But that is not the case with the children of Israel. And satan our enemy seeks to put seeds of unbelief in us about our LORD's ways.
He makes Known His ways to the one who will live by faith.
