During Tuesday's Arkansas State Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on SB 199, a bill to restrict gender confirmation surgery on minors, GOP State Senator Matt McKee asked witness Gwendolyn Herzig, a Biological Man who says he is now a trans female pharmacy owner, a question that led to jeers from the audience and has since made national news.

He asked if the man had a penis. Herzig would not answer because he knew if he did his entire agenda presentation would fall apart.
